Chocolate Shakeology Review

Hey guys! I'm bringing you today a review of Chocolate Shakeology, It's so important to get the right vitamins and nutrients when your working out and trying to form a healthier lifestyle. Vitamins helps keep your body healthy and helps you fight off sickness. The better nutrients you get in your diet the better you will feel and your body will thank you for it!

I started drinking Shakeology about 4 months ago. I love it! The first 2 times I drank it, I didn't love it. I had to try out a few recipes before I found the one. I use shakeology, Almond Milk, Peanut Butter, 1 Banana and some ice and blend it all together for a delicious chocolate peanut butter banana shake. There are so many different drinks you can make with Shakeology.

Now, down to the important stuff. The vitamins and nutrients. Shakeology is jam packed with superfoods. Their are 23 vitamins and minerals in 1 bag of Shakeology. It is also protein packed with amino acids, probiotics, and antioxidants. All important ingredients.

Shakeology can help you lose weight, increase energy, improve your digestive system, and reduce those annoying junk food cravings. Who doesn't want those benefits? I've
noticed a great increase in my energy. I'm a full time worker and mom of 2 active little boys. Before Shakeo my energy was always dragging to get my through the days. Just the other day I ran out of my shake and couldn't take it for 2 days and I noticed such a difference in my energy levels. I was almost falling asleep at work by mid afternoon.

I drink my Shake first thing in the morning for my breakfast. It fills me up until lunch time and gives me that sweet I need to fill my sweet tooth. I feel great and healthier since I started drinking Shakeology and don't plan on stopping any time soon!

Interested in trying it out? Send me an email at beccaroof1013@gmail.com or leave a message below for more details. They also offer other flavors, I just prefer chocolate the best.

Thanks for reading!

Sunday Food Prep #2

Hey guys! Another week down, time to start a fresh new week off on the right foot! What better way to start your week right than to prep your foods for the week ahead! This makes healthy snacking and lunches so much easier. If you have these foods already waiting and ready for you, you'll be less likely to grab for junk.

5 Tips for a Healthy Day

Hey guys! Being healthy is so important for your body, but we all knew that didn't we? So why is it so hard to stick to a healthy lifestyle? I've been struggling with trying to live healthy for the past few years. I have a love/hate relationship with chips and sweets that is very hard for me to break. Part of the reason I started this blog was to help me keep accountable for eating healthy and working out. And so far it's working great! I love writing a blog and it's so fun to update you all on my progress and to share some tips I've learned over the past years.

Here are some tips I go by when I'm trying to start getting on track with being healthy.

Sunday Food Prep

Happy Sunday! I hope your weekend was great and you got to relax before the work week starts. Sunday's are a great day to food prep for the week ahead. This helps with staying on track with your eating throughout the week. I know that if I don't prep my lunches and snacks for the week I tend to eat horrible foods. In return, this makes me feel pretty yucky and run down all week.

Welcome...

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Where to begin... I'll start with the simple facts. My name is Becca. I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and 2 sons. My oldest is 4 and youngest is 1. In November I went back to work full time and a month later we purchased our first home. It's been a busy and stressful few months!

I'm starting this blog so I can keep myself accountable with my fitness and also to help others who want to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. I've always struggled with my weight, like most girls. It can be hard to stay motivated when so many things can bring us down. I want this blog to be a motivation not only to myself but to others.

When I was pregnant with my first son I gained 50 pounds. Somebody should have told me to put down the extra serving of ice cream, but of course who wants to tell the pregnant lady to stop eating?

I lost all the weight plus 15 pounds 8 months after he was born. I felt great! But my body was jiggly and wiggly and there was not a toned muscle in sight. Unfortunately, I gained those 15 extra pounds back within a year and became pregnant with my 2nd little monster.

With this pregnancy I gained 45 pounds. It took me a little longer to loose the weight the 2nd time around but I did it! Plus I lost an extra 10 pounds.

I have been at my weight now for about a year. But I'm even more jiggly and wiggly this time.

My goal is to loose another 10 pounds but I mainly want to tone tone tone! Id love to feel comfortable in my own skin, something I've struggled with my whole life.

Back in October I started T25 and I loved it! I was hooked and I looked forward to working out everyday. When I started working again in November I struggled with adjusting to being a full time mom and full time worker and fell off the workout wagon.

My next adventure is the 21 day fix. I will be posting my updates, food prep, recipes, etc. along this exciting journey!

I am also a new beachbody coach and I'm very excited about that! I want to be able to help others with getting healthy and living a fit lifestyle.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you stick around!

XOXO
